Review by Trish:
The apartment was not a great choice for us with little children. It was on the street side so the road noise was extremely loud with the windows open. However, the living room window could not be opened because the couch was right up against the window and there were no security bars on the window. The bedroom was fine for two adults but we had to put the whole family in there because there was only one fan and we needed it at night. The living room fan was just for looks and not functional. The kitchen was functional for small meals. Overall, the apartment would be comfortable for adults.

If you are in the process of adopting, this is the place for you. Within a two minute walk to the US Embassy, a 15 - 20 minute walk to the medical center for the child's evaluation, short walk to Novy Arbat (shops and restaurants) and a big enough apartment (2 rooms and a kitchen) Check in was fast and easy and check out was even easier. I only wish we had found this one for our first two trips.

My wife and I stayed here for a week on our first trip to Moscow. We arrived late in the evening on Sunday, but a representative from Peace Travel met us at the door and explained how all appliances in the apartment operated. He was also able to register us for our stay in Moscow in one day. We found a supermarket within walking distance and were able to cook our evening meals and breakfast saving $$$$. There are also several places to eat within a blocks walk and the American Embassy is less than a minutes? walk away.
We plan to stay here on our next trip if available. Check in and checkout was simple and we added a computer and mobile phone rental to the package. All worked well and we were able to communicate with our agency and family in the US without a problem.
