| SURROUNDINGS |
Located in the City Center on Novy Arbat Street. This apartment is only a seven minute walk to the Smolenskaya metro station or ten minute walk to the Arbatskaya metro station. It is also a seven minute walk to the American Embassy. Outside the apartment is the Moskva River, the Russian White House, and the famous pedestrian Arbat Street.
Fall asleep and wake up to this apartment’s amazing view. Every Muscovite knows "the high-rise on Novy Arbat;" your address in Moscow. Walk outside and you're in the middle of an area that both tourists and Muscovites love to visit, the Arbat. Small coffee shops, antique stores, street artists, souvenirs and more await you. Of course, if you want large department stores and the 24-hour nightlife, it's also here. As a nice contrast to the busy hustle outside, your apartment will be an island of tranquility.

Review by Amy Lynch & Jeff Nesbitt:
This was a great apartment! It is well located -- the main living area is terrific and very open, so you can be in the kitchen making a meal while watching your children play or talk with travel partners... The bedroom is very large, easily supporting an adoptive family AND quiet "down the hall" allowed us to talk and watch movies in the living room... The location is great -- we were able to walk to the US Embassy (and could have the zoo if not so cold!), Red Square, and Old Arbat. There is a supermarket right across the street, as well as a children's store (much cheaper baby food, etc!)... The apartment was clean and the other people living on this floor friendly. And we could not beat the price at any hotel plus the convenience of simply making meals here really kept the stress low for us and our newly adopted little one.... We had previously stayed at Cathedral (May, 2009) which was also awesome! so overall, I have to say, Peace Travel does a great job and I would clearly use them over and over again! Thanks Dmitry and everyone at Peace Travel!

Review by Beth :
We stayed in the apartment In June 2011. This apartment is exactly what it looks like. It was spacious, clean, close to downtown and the grocery store (which we found in the basement of the nearby malls). Our room was on the 24th floor and we felt safe. Down in the lobby you must punch in a code to get into the building and there usually a building guard at the door.
When we arrived at the apartment, we were greeted by someone who spoke english and patiently explained everything (also making sure the a/c was in working condition). She also showed us how to connect to the wireless internet and how to use the phone for international calls. The wireless internet and free international calls were awesome - no problems. The satellite tv gets you several english speaking channels. The apartment itself is comfortable and roomy. There were extra pillows, blankets and towels, if needed. There was plenty of storage and closet space too.
The US Embassy is a few minutes walk around the corner. Everything is close - grocery store (we found 2 - one across the street and one down arabat - in a mall (and a good japanese restaurant)). My husband got his coffee either at the cafe in front of the building or across the street an Dunkin Doughnuts. We also found English speaking people at the local restaurants right by the apartment. And if gambling is your thing, there is a casino across the street (we didn't go so I cannot tell you more than it is there).
The building was quiet. The curtains were dark and kept the sunlight out (when we wanted to sleep in just a little bit).
Both my husband and I were extremely happy with the apartment and the customer service. We would certanily recommend this apartment to anyone. We plan to (and are) using Peace Travel again on our next trip to Moscow (with kids in tow).

Review by George:
My wife and I stayed here on a short trip to moscow. We liked the location. The apartment was clean, comfortable, spacious, and had a great view of the city. It was safe and secure. It is close to shopping and a dunkin doughnuts is right across the street.
We found the staff at Peace Travel to be very trustworthy, accommodating, friendly and helpful. They were always quick to respond to any inquiry. We also found them to have a reasonable price (book early if you can).
We have booked a second trip and will be staying with them again next week.
We really liked having the extra space and the air conditioning. I enjoyed the satellite TV (with english channels) and being able to make a few calls home (at no extra charge).
I would recommend this apartment if you are staying in Moscow.
